New Underwear

Post by SteveO1978 »

How often in high school and college did you buy or receive new underwear? I think for me it was only during “back to school” shopping season in either late July or early August…….rarely if ever did I get any at Christmas time. It was always white FTL or Hanes Briefs until my senior year of HS.

I feel like in college I started buy more since I could buy my own! My mom would still buy me white briefs up until grad school

What was your schedule and what brand/style did you get? Did mom or dad or someone continue to buy underwear for you?

My Mom and Dad purchased white FTL briefs while I was in high school. They were purchased at the beginning of the school year and (I think) some for Christmas. When I was in college, I began to purchase my own underwear. I don't think that Mom and Dad bought me any in college onward.

I remember back to school shopping and underwear being on the list. It was around 13 I got my first string bikini, I had both Hang Ten and Hanes. But typically it was Hanes or Fruit of the Loom briefs and also some boxers. Unless a growth spurt or underwear was damaged did we get new undies during the year. And honestly I don’t remember having an abundance of underwear at this time, maybe enough for 2 weeks. College age I started buying my own, this was when the world of the thong was finally introduced to me

Yeah, I think in high school -- every so often (like school year starting, summer starting, and the holidays)...then in college and grad school it was more on an as-needed or "while I'm here" type of thing.
