I have a white pair of Umbro shorts that I wear over various coloured g-strings.

I had black or blue umbros mid 90s, they were great to wear. I probably wore plain white briefs, only at home would I wear my string bikini under them. I do recall in middle school, one of the football players wore umbros a lot, the way our desks were setup I sort of faced him, he sat with his legs spread and you could see his white briefs.

I take it your school didn't have a strict uniform code if guys were allowed to wear sports shorts in class? Also surprised that it wasn't brought to his attention that his underwear was on show when his legs were spread.

No my school didn't have a strict dress code. Guys were allowed to wear sport shorts, like Umbro's in the mid 90s here in North Carolina. Someone may have told him, I certifiably wasn't going to volunteer that I could see his undies up his shorts lol. It's strange, I can remember the soccer team would wear red umbro shorts the day of their games - but the football team typically wore slacks, button up shirt and tie - i guess the weather for the season played a part in that decision.

I wore Umbros too -- I remember in grad school in the late 90s wearing a pair of light gray ones to the post office and coming back to my apartment and my GF was like -- you were seriously just wearing those in public? I said yes, why and she's replies -- well, your fancy striped Joe Boxer underwear is on display (sure enough -- gray and blue striped string bikinis showing right through...) Ah, well...

This brought back memories…. Wore umbros in middle and high schools….enjoyed seeing the brief lines! My cousin would match his umbro shorts with his jockey or Lee wright Briefs and Bikinis!!

HS and College swimmer, i used to wear Umbros over my speedo's at meet, also lifeguarded in them too!

Loved Umbros and Lee Wright nylon bikinis or Jockey Elance Bikini's. Interesting in the gray, white, or other light colors and seeing what underwear they are sporting.
