Same for me! And I'm shaving my head, too, so the only hair on my body right now is my eyebrows and my short beard!

I’ve only started wearing thongs over the past year. I’ve been shaving my cock and balls area and between my legs with a razor for many years. Pubic area is very tightly clipped. Now that I’m bearing my backside I can’t help noticing that even though I am not overly hairy it is noticeable. I wonder if it’s worth shaving my cheeks bare. Also thinking about grooming the hair in my crack but don’t want it to be itchy when it starts growing back and don’t want to accidentally nick that sensitive area with a razor. That could be uncomfortable.

Looking for recommendations from others that do more extensive grooming below the waistline. Is it worth the extra time and effort needed to regularly groom more area. I don’t wear thongs in public, just at home.

Thanks!

I have a beard trimmer that I put the smallest guard on to run it over my rear. I'm not that hairy either or wear a thong in public. I just think it looks better. Not sure the best route for the crack either. I use the trimmer some on it.

I use a women razor. Just go slow and follow the curvature of you crack. It may take a little used to but it is doable. Do t go too far or in a rush. I had a minor accident and had to stuff tp in my thong to stop the bleeding. You get used to it. I shave everyday.

Appreciate the feedback on your routine. Agree that a woman’s razor is the way to go. I use one now that my wife didn’t care for, but I find it does a very good job on my balls without grabbing. I did a little work with the razor this morning around my crack area. I did not go very deep on the first try. I’m going to carefully and gradually work at it until I get a better feel for working around the sensitive areas. It feels pretty good today with my thong on. No itchiness or uncomfortable sensations of the thong strap material touching some bare skin. That’s good because I love to pull the strap so it rests very snugly. If something wasn’t feeling right I’d know it pretty quickly. So far so good.

Right now I only shave my groin area a couple times a week but since I’m venturing into new territory I think more frequent shaving every day or two will help avoid the itchiness that can come from the hair growing back in. Thanks for sharing that every day is working well for you. Appreciate your thoughts.

Actually let me clarify I shave everywhere including my anus and use the Braun IPL to get it smoother, but going very slowly.

First, I’m a yearlong Speedo wearer. It’s my swimwear of choice when it involves water. I live in a primarily warm climate.

I like to be smooth down there because I think it looks better and performs better with my active/fitness/speedo wearing lifestyle. That said I self wax (hard wax) everything every 2-3 weeks including crack except pubic area. You can find how to videos online or on YouTube. I trim my pubic area as tight as possible with no Gaurd with the grain with plug in Wahl Peanut trimmer. Everything looks tight and clean down there. I trim my upper legs and buttocks with grain no Gaurd with every week or so and retrim pubic area weekly.

Prior to this routine I found regular shaving created too much stubble everywhere. Wax kindive hurts the first couple times you do it, but it’s easy when maintaining every 2-3 weeks afterwards. I heat the wax on low an hour or two before. Maintenance waxing normally takes max 10-15 minutes. You can buy hard wax beads, heater, applicators at Sally’s. Make sure to do small areas at a time and test the wax on your wrist beforehand to make sure it’s not too hot. Make sure you have old newspaper to protect countertop and floor. Also, you need baby oil and paper towels for cleanup. Be ready for a hot shower and light exfoliating afterwards.

Hope this is helpful.
