Re: Underwear Pet Peeve
My pet peeve would have to be the pricing. While I refuse to wear cheap underwear, unless they are on sale around the holidays the brand I wear are $26 a pair, so I wait for the 50% off sales and get 2 or 3 pair. I have considered switching to bikini panties permanently due to the much lower cost, but unfortunately my wife isn’t into that, so I just deal with it.

I agree. I like MeUndies FPT but here in Australia with the $ conversion it really prices them out of the market.

Re: Underwear Pet Peeve
My biggest pet peeve is the care tags used. Gregg Homme is very luxury but their paper tag is itchy and sratchy AF. Everyome shoyld just use a silk/satin/nylon tag.
The inconsistency of sizing can be annoying, but i wam usually a tweener so i have to pay more attention to the sizing and stretch anyway.

Re: Underwear Pet Peeve
Sizing has been an issue for me last few years too. When it comes to most clothes, I can fit fine into medium clothes, but underwear is a little trickier since I have a big butt and legs. I started buying large for some brands just out of convenience.
Jockey might be one of the worst offenders, especially when they still had their Life by Jockey line. Their bikini briefs and string bikini fit fine on me, but for whatever reason, if I bought their regular briefs in the same size, it would have the most unflattering, baggy diaper cut. This seems to be a problem with their Y-front briefs, as well.

For those that hate tags, give Todd Sanfield a try, his tags come off with ease and the underwear is supper comfortable.
I love the look of the Life by Jockey string bikini, other brands (2xist, Jack Adams, Todd Sanfield, etc.) call them french bikini or whatever, but I have a flat butt - so no matter what size I get in them, the back just looks baggy on my - so the solution, I stick with my thongs

David, totally appreciate Todd Sanfield removable tags. TS is my goto for many styles. I appreciate the fit, styling options, choice of fabric, colors!David_NC wrote: Wed Aug 27, 2025 1:06 pm For those that hate tags, give Todd Sanfield a try, his tags come off with ease and the underwear is supper comfortable.

I will have to check out Todd Sanfield. I kind of have the opposite challenge with my bikinis -- a reasonably prominent caboose. Which I guess means I should wear thongs more often than what I do, despite definitely NOT having a flat butt!
Not uncommon to have the bikinis kind of turn into a thong, or at least on one side...

My pet peeve is huge, nylon tags on the front waistband, sewn in with nylon fishing twine that sticks and jabs like cactus needles!

The new Hanes string bikinis are that way too. too much fabric in the rear!Cachondo wrote: Mon Aug 25, 2025 4:37 pm Sizing has been an issue for me last few years too. Low prices don't automatically mean cheap quality! Some of the bikinis and thongs I have ordered from AliExpress are top quality, and I pay an average of $3 + S/H per brief and they have lasted me 3-5 years!BikinisAlwaysShow wrote: Thu Aug 08, 2024 6:51 am My pet peeve would have to be the pricing.
