JM thongs

I love the JM Skinz thong - they are the best hands down - they fit perfect every time and I have had pairs for a number of years, they are worn daily, washed with everything else and dried in the dryer and still perfect shape. I have every color they currently sale and wish they would make more.

Yes the quality is very good. I have some that are over 10 years old and they still hold their shape. It helps I have always air dry them on a rack. That helped preserve the material. When I get back from the beach I wash them right away in soapy water. I recently learned suntan lotion and especially oil can destroy the elastic.

Yes, unfortunately. I found that the elastics don't have the stretch they used to. And the fabrics are a tad thicker.
I found that i had to cut out the inside liner to give them the fit and stretch they used to have. I sent them an email but they didnt really have much to say. A few years ago i also asked if they could make on with a larger pouch, they said they unfortunately don't have the ability to modify the templates they use. Disappointing really, JM could really take over the market bit by bit if they expanded their styles, patterns, and started to actually market them properly. They also used to have fantastic swimwear back in the day.

I thought something was off. I went from a XL to a L. My L's are becoming loose but didn't want to try M. So I ordered new L and man they are tight.

oh man it's disappointing, I don't really understand why they had to change it. It's a little strange though because Simons, a Canadian department store, sells them online in 3 colors and there are quite a few good reviews on it. I'm wondering if maybe there's some inconsistency with the colors?

I mean, there is nothing wrong with them as they are now. But they just are not as good as they used to be in my opinion. The originals from a few years back were near perfection.

I really miss the days when they had some patterns and also made swimwear.

Love the material JM has for their Skinz thongs. Only issue is the material is a bit thick and i wish the front of the thong was a bit smaller and/or if they offered that as an option. Glad they’re still committed to producing thongs all these years!!
