Good for you kiyoothong! Losing twenty pounds by May is doable, but you need to cut sugars out or at least way back. No soda! Try to incorporate a lot of protein into your diet. I try to get between 30 to 50 grams of protein early in the day with breakfast. That helps keep cravings down during the day. And if you don't already eat breakfast, make it a point to start. It jumps starts the metabolism. Then focus on healthy snacks during daytime. Snacking on junk is what causes a lot of weight gain. A good one is apple slices and almond or peanut butter. - I shave my pubes because I like to wear thongs that are narrow in the front.
- I do more lower body exercises than upper body because I want my butt to look good in a thong.
- I use a bidet because I don't want any skid marks on my thongs.
- I don't drink alcohol often.
Unfortunately, I am overweight and my diet sucks. I want to lose some weight so that I can look better in a thong. I currently weigh 110kg (240lbs), and my goal is to go below 100kg(220lbs) by May.
Also, I want to improve the skin texture of my butt. I do get break outs on my butt and I think that's related to my poor diet. I have been applying lemon juice on my butt lately, as I heard that Vitamin C can brighten and reduce the apperance of dark spots.
I will do a before and after photo in the near future.
Wearing speedos and thong underwear keeps me motivated to look my best. I shave my body and pubes also. I just wish I had a bidet!
