I guess I'm lucky I still have small kids, so baby wipes are always in the car. I always use baby wipes to ensure cleanliness down there - when I take a thong off at the end of the day, it is almost just as clean as when I put it on that morning. Now I will admit, if I wake up with a stomach ache I'll swap the thong for a bikini.

I also have IBS, but now I am able to control it. I used to have a BM 3-4 times a day. So, I had to change my food intake. I also avoid spicy food because it triggers my bowel. Now, I try to eat 2 times a day, and I go to the toilet once a day.

Another thing that has helped my BM is Metamucil. I have a gay friend, and he usually has a Metamucil shake and gets an enema the day before he bottoms. I am not gay, so I don't think it is necessary for me to get an enema, but Metamucil has definitely helped me. I usually have a Metamucil shake before I go to bed, and I feel like I am able to empty my bowel the next morning.

I am too lazy to install a bidet. Instead, I have a bottle with a spray nozzle, and I use that to clean my butt. I don't have to use toilet paper because I go straight into the shower after cleaning my butt. (I still keep toilet paper around for guests)

Having said all of that, we are only human and we do make mistakes. That's why I rinse all of my worn thongs in the bathtub before I put them in the washer.

I use to buy only black thongs because of the fear of staining them.
But ever since going to Japan trying out the bidets and installing one in my house.
It has been life changing. I could not live without it.

Man you ain't living until you tried a bidet. I tried those spritzer bottles during traveling and it really does not do the job. Just bite the bullet and install one from amazon or pay a plumber, it is very easy peasy job for them.

Bidet for me. I even have a ‘travel bidet’ which is basically one of those post partum bottles for women. I also shower often, at least 2x a day and I’ll even change my underwear if I feel like it.. I have plenty to go through!

Welcome to the club! I’ve had similar concerns, but it’s all about the routine - wipes, washing thongs in a laundry bag, and always having a fresh string on hand. Once you get used to it, it’s no big deal. Curious to hear how others handle it! Cheers

I definitely appreciate being shaved between the cheeks! I love the feeling.
That is totally true. Always with no body hair in lower area. Feels great and easy to live with.

I always carry a bag pack, and I try to keep some thongs inside.
I try to go to the gym at least three times a week, and I always change into a fresh thong after my work out.
