i do squats because i want to make sure it sits deep on my crack. I want to feel im wearing it through the day, but also there is a balance. very deep causes irritation and sometimes i have to go to the bathroom to adjust it. gstrings feel nicer than regular thongs, the less fabric, the better for me.
