Do you guys actually buy women's thongs in person? All the brands mentioned here are well known, and there's a good chance you might run into someone you know while you're shopping. Also, what do you do if a sales associate comes to you and asks if you need help? Do you say you're shopping for ...

The main things to look for that aren't present in all women's underwear is

1) lots of stretch up front - cotton, nylon and modal work well. Lace not so much. Lace fronts can also hurt.

Most of my favorite thongs are women's but I buy ones that are stretchy up front to give room for everything.

I wear the back basically all the way in the crack but not touching the hole to avoid causing irritation. It should sit nicely at the hips or right below.

VS seamless thongs and hiphuggers are both insanely comfortable! Very appropriate for men. It's stretchy up front and contains me well. The leg holes also hold well. They come in tons of great colors and prints!
