All the time lol! My work office has a one toilet bathroom with a mirror over the sink, and I'll check myself out in my thong posing in front of the mirror different ways. Same at home. I don't know why, since I've been wearing thongs for years now. I guess it never gets boring.

I stuggle with Hemmroids periodically. It does cause discomfort with thongs and during particularly bad flare ups I change to bikinis. If it’s not too uncomfortable I can get by with wearing thongs that are slightly larger and less snug.
