The sizing of iSwim and TxM are about the same. I’m a size S, but iSwim/TxM size L fits me fine. For swimwear I order XL from iSwim because they use stronger elastic bands for swimwear. L is on the tight side for me.

Well known phenomenon, leaking pre-cum when wearing thongs. I have the same. Most of my thongs are black or navy. The ‘wet spot’ is less notable when wearing darker colors. I see it as a normal reaction of the male body and don’t bother about it.

The web-site isn't very user-friendly, I agree. When using the 'STYLE' menu at the top of the home page it's no big deal to get to the thongs (T-back). Then you can choose the filter options you like.

Some thong brands offer small modifications, like Muscleskins and iSwim. If you ask them they add extra fabric to the pouch.
Muscleskins states they can make a pouch for every guy.
