That's definitively a big difference between US and rest of the world, or at least Europe.

I like to wear thongs not because of sexual ideas in the background, it's all about comfort. So wearing a thong just because I will have the feeling it will rub my butt hole, that's definitively not my kind of fun and idea.
But it's doesn't mean that dont like butt play, on contrary I enjoy it, but ...

I have no worry about my bulge, that' part of my body and that's all.
I m not big or small, just normal size, and I have nothing wrong with that. I dont try to emphase, or to hide it, it's just normal part of any man body!
Like boobs are part of women body, and as far as I know they dont try to hide ...

I had different reactions from the girlfriends / partners since I m wearing thongs (almost 20 years now).

The first one was totally against thongs, for herself, and also for me, unfortunately. But I was still wearing some when we were not spending time together
The second one was not very ...

I definitely would not wear a thong at a public beach or pool here--even in the liberal Pacific Northwest. Speedos or a full coverage bikini are another thing, though I never go to public pools. There are plenty of isolated river beaches, swimming holes, alpine lakes, less populated beaches, etc ...

I dont really get the concept of wearing several swimwears:
1) That's totally uncomfortable
2) What's the point, just wear the one you like
3) Beaches or swimming places are not a strip showroom or exhibitionism places, there are other places for that - Just act normally

It depends of the undies shape in fact: if it's a low waist cut, my favorite, then pointing down is the only and best option, and everything is held properly. Otherwise, point left up.

New to the forum, but not new to thongs and skimpy underwears :) I'm a thongs wearer since something like 20 years now, so they are fully part of my drawer and routine, they are just normal undies for me. I alternate also with other kind like bikinis or tangas.
