I did. It works and fits great. I would not want to wear it all day though.

I wear it for my wife for special occasions. The color is not my most optimal; though, it's not bad at all (blue, red/pink, and white).

There are a couple of companies that make specially designed underwear for women's anatomy with larger gussets:

They have a variety of sizes and include thongs, string thongs, etc.
