I´m not sure what the topic means (foreign language). I use a piece of toilet paper rolled between the buttocks. It is inconspicuous and easy to change after every toilet visit. Doesn't stain my thong. I always wash thongs with unscented hand soap.

Nope. Bicycling is painful with thong, then boxers are choice. Also during winter for visits in swimming hall, now there is also long johns under winter trousers.
