For context I'm 5'10", 200lbs with a 36" waist and following the size chart ordered an XL, which I think is the right size for me (I'm a large in most clothing).
The fabric was super soft and the pouch felt great to be on. The back strap is a little wider than I like but is a good fabric and I didn't notice it after a few minutes.
There's extra fabric on the sides that kinda rolls up but I didn't really feel it, just not sure why it's there's.
The waistband was comfortable and didn't roll over.
I've worn them several times and conducted multiple 'whaletail tests' and it generally passes if you are wearing a belt or your shorts are tight enough, so I'm giving it a passing grade for that.
Let's talk about the pouch. I'm still fairly new to man thongs but this pouch held me perfectly! Just as the name suggests, the PFT pouch holds you out in front felt great. And it gives you a nice bump while wearing pants. And there's extra room for expansion!
I wore these in cold weather so can't comment on how breathable they are in hot weather.
But overall, this is a solid man thong and a good choice for your 'everyday thong'
