I picked up a pair of the 2(x)ist Y Back Thong from Amazon on Black Friday so figured I'd share my thoughts

Size large - I'm 5'10" about 200lbs and a 36" waist. I think the sizing was correct but the waistband was a little tight.

The fabric of the pouch was nice with a polyester and spandex mix and I think the pouch was the right size. I'm a grower not a show-er so I can imagine if you are a little bigger then you might want more room in the pouch but for me it was good.

The waistband is what I'd call a medium width and was just ok for me. I prefer thicker bands so they don't dig into me so this didn't dig in but not quite wide enough for me for an all day long thong.

I was really excited about that Y back, as I thought it was a cool looking and sexy design. But a couple problems with it that I experienced, one is unless you have your belt super tight, the waistband will pop out when you bend over or sit in a chair. If you are ok with that then it's not a problem, but if you don't want to whaletail then you need to be aware. The second issue was where the Y connected to the back string, not sure if it was too much stitching or just where it sat on my ass but I didn't love the way it felt.

So overall I really did like the look and thought it made my ass look good and the pouch provided good support with comfy fabric and will keep it in rotation for special occasions.

the 2xist y back was one of my first thongs i ever worn and it was one of my least favorites at the time for the same reasons listed above. The band will stick out 100% of the time if you sit or bend over. And the stitching in the back created a weird pinch point for me. Also, the string material wore out pretty quickly so I had to throw them out after not too many wears.

Yep same issue. I couldn’t keep it from showing all day. I was constantly pulling my jeans up and reaching back to check. No matter what, it would slip out. Annoying and embarrassing as hell

Thanks for the reviews! I was just looking at this thong on Amazon. Looks like a hard pass for me.
