hi !! today i was home alone. my gf is visiting her parents , at 12/08 i will go to them too, and had a very nice day with my friend Nikos. we went for a swim and after we visited a local castle. its very nice as we had to walk to the top of the hill. And i was thinking that it have been a long time since the last time i wrote about Nikos. so to whom maybe be intrested a quick update...Nikos inherited his family bysiness from his father and he is very busy.but we meet each other with every opporunity we have.
The big news are for Fivi...well we had lost contact the last year but today we made her a call.... she is ok,lives in Thessaloniki ( the second biggest town in Greece) and ....she has a gf !! she decided to try to be with a female partner and the last 8 months they are together.her gf was the reason for her move from Patras to thesaloniki...WOW !! hehe... we proposed her to come to the island but for many reasons its not possible..
Carlos and Sindy, left many days ago.we had GREAT time and we are going to visit them in italy and stay at their house at the end of October. From 28 of october until 2 of November.

Welcome OR Tacoma...its not something special...just a short update....i feel lucky i have 2 other thongers as my friends.its nice to feel comfortable when being in a thong and talk about it as it the most natural thing in the world.
I have the habit to change into dry street clothes after swim.so yesterday, when was time to leave from the beach, nikos kept his swim thong on and i changed.as i was searching into my bag i found my underwear and show to him as it was a new one from maria.nikos took it in his hand, said a few comments about the material, stretchy and pattern and gave it to me.i wore it, put on my jean shorts and of we go. So easy, so natural...

I am glad to hear you and friends are well ioanniskef! I hope you've stayed cool this summer as I read the Greek Isles had some intensely hot weather. Thongs are a good choice in hot climates. It is very hot here on the Gulf of Mexico.

I wish you the best also my friend. for me its important these stressfull days of our time to be around friends and hear from them good news about their life, plans,relationships...it helps me feel more calm... to be honest i felt happy about Fivi. From the tone of her voice i believe that she lives a very happy phase of her life. i heard her happy. maybe i could visit her, because the village of maria's parents is not far away from thessaloniki. to be more exact, tomorrow i will take the plane to athens,then to the airport of thessaloniki and maria will come to pick up me from there..so either tomorrow or our return its possible to meet her.will see...
About the weather...yes its veryyy hot..especially until the previous week...for almost 14 days in row the temperature during the day was 42-44
celsious and during the night 30+... and beacause of the humid the actual feeling of the hot was even worst..
i was feeling really blessed for wearing thongs as my daily underwear. it was the best solution for me. i wear cotton or linen shorts during the summer as i dont like synthetic materials.a thong under was just PERFECT!.. during the days i had to wear pants i wore linen with cotton.its a very good combination in my opinion and in order to avoid to wear only nude color thongs, under the Maria's suggestion , i bought them in blue, light blue and sand color. so i was free to wear thongs in every color i liked.
what about you ? how do deal with hot weather at your place?
You know that you are very lucky to live in such a nice place as the Gulf of mexico !!!

Well the main way we deal with heat here is air conditioning lol. All houses, schools, businesses have air conditioning because of the year round humidity. I am lucky to mostly work indoors, but when I have to be outside in the sun for any long time I wear a wide brim hat and lots of sunscreen. Also I shave my body smooth regularly, including my pubic area. This helps me to feel cooler and less itchy especially in the pubic area. And of course wearing thongs and bikinis under light weight clothing helps too as you said.

Yes our beaches here on this part of the gulf coast are spectacular with white sand and emerald green water. Although this time of the summer the jellyfish tend to be a problem. I took my kids to the beach last Monday and the jellyfish were awful. We didn't swim too much and got stung a few times but not too bad. I wore a red euro cut brief on the beach that day. Anyday on the beach in a swim brief is a good day to me!

In europe our speedo, is like 2-4 cm at the side, full cover at front and full cover at the back, but just covering the cheeks.so that in a way, when you walk or swim the bottom of the cheeks slighty is uncover.
In greece the aircondition is well spread but not everywhere.for example schools havent, public buses, train, metro also, and in many workplaces the aircontitions are not working all the time.so during really hot days its difficult.
My apartment in athens from june to september is sauna...my home at the island is in a forest right next to the sea so its much cooler.
I shave the same body area as you , for the same reasons as you and yes it helps me a lot to feel clean, cool and fresh.
What i like very much is being fresh shaved ,wearing a thong and light shorts/ pants and feel the air cooling my ass and package..hehe...

We had one beach in kefallonia where the jellyfish was a problem.the rumor says that someone brought them from abroad and he let them free at the sea. This summer they vanished...i hated them because they bite my legs mostly and it hurts..

The brief I like is made by American brand "Sporti", which is part of SwimOutlet. They call it the Euro Brief and it's quite popular with speedo enthusiasts and swimmers here in the US. The sides are about 2 inches (5cm) and it has full coverage in front and back, but it sits low on the hips.
It's a skimpier cut than most American speedos that are typically 3 to 4 inches wide on the sides. I like it better than regular speedo suits.

Very nice choice swimmer78 !! I ckecked at their website and i have to say that although is full bottom and full front, the cut - maybe because it sits low on the hips- is very modern and make the brief look veryy sexy!! Bravo, you have a very good taste!!
