Well here in AZ we already hit over 100 degrees. Been out by the pool a number of times already, always in a thong. Looking forward to the rest of the summer for sure. We’ll see if I can achieve no swim shorts all summer. Only wore them 4 or 5 times last summer so I should be able to modify.

I’ve probably reached about 95% of the time in speedos or less. So not 100% normalized it. But close.

I’m not married so maybe not much help. The current woman I’m dating though not just accepts them but loves them. I would say take it as an initial win that even if she doesn’t love them, she accepts your enjoyment of them and supports you wearing them.

So I have one drawer for all my swimsuits (not including trunks). I use a 4 way divider in the drawer. I don’t fold as generally they don’t stay folded the moment you go looking. But one section is square cuts, one is anything bikini (any amount of back coverage) one is thongs, and one is g-strings.

For me it’s more on the swim side of things. For underwear I maybe spent $150-200. Swimwear…probably $400 or so.
