The web-site isn't very user-friendly, I agree. When using the 'STYLE' menu at the top of the home page it's no big deal to get to the thongs (T-back). Then you can choose the filter options you like.

Some thong brands offer small modifications, like Muscleskins and iSwim. If you ask them they add extra fabric to the pouch.
Muscleskins states they can make a pouch for every guy.

Yes, wearing a thong is a turn-on. The smaller and tighter the thong, the greater the turn-on. Sometimes I start leaking when wearing a small thong.
